Bernadette Ruberte, age 17 from Waterbury, the winner of the $15,000
Girls Incorporated National Scholarship Program for 2008. Bernadette
received a $3,500 scholarship last year as well.
Bernadette plans to attend the University of Connecticut with a degree in Human Development and Family Services.
