Every day at Girls Inc. of Southwestern CT (Girls Inc. of SWCT) brings new opportunities, challenges and sources of empowerment. We are comprised of a leadership and social impact team that knows that girls are amongst our most precious resources, boundaries are surmountable, and we tirelessly focus on strengthening each and every girl. We recruit bright, resilient, engaged, supportive and devoted staff to accomplish the goals that support girls. Our programming staff is focused on helping young girls grow into productive women who contribute their best selves to society and their personal environments.
